The New Face Of Braun Oral-BCat Deeley flashes a Dazzling smile and reveals the secrets of her beauty regime.Cat Deeley is the woman with whom men fall in love, and whom women simply love. Not only is the 24-year-old star regarded as one of the world's most gorgeous women, she is also adored by television viewers everywhere for her personality and sense of humour. She seems equally at ease wearing false buck teeth in SM:tv Live sketches as she does hitting the town dressed up in Stella McCartney designs. It's no wonder, then, that 2.3 million viewers per week tune in to watch Cat fooling around on SM:tv Live with her co-hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly. As popular with children as she is with the show's large adult following, Cat is also a frequent favourite covergirl of just about every men's glossy magazine, and is consistently placed high in 'sexiest women' polls, as voted for by their readers.Cat began her career in the public eye when she won a Clothes Show modelling competition at the age of 14. She signed up with top model agency Storm before she made her big break into television on the music channel MTV. These days, she is as much a style and beauty guru as she is a television presenter. She is instantly recognisable for her impeccable sense of style, her sun-kissed glow and her gleaming white teeth. This explains why Cat has been chosen to front a sexy new campaign by Braun Oral-B to promote the benefits of treating tooth and gum care as an essential part of the beauty regime. Shot by a top fashion photographer in LA, Cat, the new face of Braun Oral-B, struck some sexy poses to promote the new Braun Oral-B 3D Excel Power Toothbrush, which promises fresher breath and a brighter smile. Oral hygiene is something that is of the utmost importance to Cat, as she is constantly under public scrutiny. However, as she points out, it is essential for everyone. 'Spend as much time brushing and flossing your teeth as you do cleansing and moisturising your face,' she advises. 'Treat your teeth as a vital beauty asset and look after them as part of your daily beauty routine, and make the time to visit the dentist every six months - it's just as easy as booking a hair appointment or a facial.' She adds: 'Your smile is one of your best beauty assets - use it!' When she's not taking care of her teeth, Cat's beauty routine is varied and strict. She is famed for her year-round healthy glow and always manages to ooze sunshine even first thing in the morning. Cat is a fan of the St Tropez Tanning Treatment, as favoured by Victoria Beckham, Denise Van Outen and Donna Air. The treatment costs from £40 and is available in a number of salons (call 0115922 1462 for details), although seasoned St Tropez tanners can try a DIY tan with the fabulous Whipped Bronze Self-Tanning Mousse, £29.95. Cat opts for having the tan applied at home. 'A lovely lady comes round every week and smears it all over me - and we gossip like lunatics while she's doing it!' says the star. She also recommends exercise as a means of getting a to-die-for glow, as well as for keeping a check on weight and general body and heart maintenance. She explains: 'Getting even just a little bit of exercise every day means you'll look and feel healthier than if you do nothing at all.' Though she is often spotted out and about on the town with friends Tamzin Outhwaite and Edith Bowman, and despite her early start on Saturday mornings, Cat still manages to look bright-eyed and healthy. One of her favourite tips for avoiding the pale, drawn look and baggy eyes is the old, but very sensible rule about eight hours sleep each night. 'Try and get a good night's sleep every night. You'll wake up looking and feeling much better,' says Cat. She is also a firm believer in following a rigid skincare routine and often visits the beauty specialists at Errol Douglas's London salon. On a day-to-day basis, she is scrupulous about cleansing, toning and moisturising to counteract the effects of the make-up she has to wear in front of the TV cameras. She places the most importance on rehydrating the skin. 'Moisturise!' she says. 'I swear by Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream [£17] and Clinique's Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion [£14].' As for make-up, Cta prefers the natural look an is rarely seen without a liberal application of lip gloss. 'It's the best way to accentuate your smile. I love Glosswear SPF 8 by Clinique in Airkiss [£8],' she says. cat's cheeks always look rosy, but the colour is never excessive. For a similar look, try estee Lauder Minute Blush, £19, and emphasise your eyes with a subtle liner, like Elizabeth Arden SmokyEyes Powder pencil in Gunmetal, £11.50, and Karen Millen Mascara, £9. For added shimmer on your face, try one of Rimmel's All Over Pencils, £3.49, from Boots. Of course, Cat is always noted - and envied - for her highlighted hair, which is long, thick, and beautiful. She makes regular trips to the hairdresser and is just as attentive at home. 'Take the time to give it a really good conditioning treatment as often as you can,' she says. A great conditioner for long hair is Paul Mitchell The Conditioner, £6.85. For a special treat, Cat recommends a stress-relieving head massage, especially after a hectic week at work. Finally, there's something Cat advises against doing - kissing men with stubble. 'It's so painful. I like a bit of stubble, but make it softer! It makes a girl look red and rashy!'
